I know, you may have heard or seen this before....but this new store means it, and we are sticking to it! The New North Central Cyclery is committed to renewing its motto, being committed to treating every rider equally and welcome everyone.  Our goal is to work with the community to not only provide top service and product, but play an active role in building a healthy community. NCC specializes in Trek and Electra bicycles that will appeal to any riding style. We also carry Surly, Salsa, Heller bikes, and Jones frames.

NCC also carries men’s and women’s cycling clothes, shoes and helmets, saddles, car racks, tools, bicycle accessories, and now yak tracks, workout and recovery aids, multisport clothing and products such as nutrition, hydration, and tri tops and shorts. Stop in to see our extensive stock, and what you don’t see, please let us know. Components and accessories by Bontrager are available, as well as other companies including Lazer, Continental, Clement, Ergon, Brooks, Arkel, Gore Bike Wear, Park Tools, and many more (too many to mention). We have access to many products not present in our store and we can make special orders for customers, so if you are interested in something specific, please let us know!

• NCC is a member of the Live Healthy DeKalb County Committee and Active Transportation Sub Committee
• NCC participates as SAG and other miscellaneous support to Organized fund raising rides such as Beanzie Ride and Ride Like an Egyptian

• NCC participates in the Trek "TRADE-UP" program on kids bikes.  

Here are some of the services NCC provides….

• Trek Pressure Analysis Tool, the latest technology to help you visualize your pressure distribution across any saddle, on any bike. This tool helps you get in the right position, with the right saddle, in just one session. Included with the Precision Fit.

• Trek Precision Fit Program, “Your Fit Defined”: This program includes a system to better equip you and fit your body specifically to your bike.  This personal fitting experience will address your specific needs, giving you a tailor made solution to proper posture and better position on your bike. The complete assessment will include: the interview, physical assessment, starting positions, shoe set up, lower body setup, upper body setup, recording, advising and follow up, and the complete fit form to take home.

• Bike Tune ups and Repairs, we repair any make and any model bike. Check out our website for a full menu of tune ups.

• Loaner Bikes and Rental Bikes , NCC will have loaner bikes available for riding short term while your bike is being tuned up or repaired….no lost days on the road!  A rental fleet is also available for general use.

• Pick-up/Delivery service, NCC has available pick up/delivery service for bikes being repaired or having maintenance in our store.  Distance restrictions apply (call store for details and availability)
  

• Wet Suit Repair

• Ultrasonic Drive Train Cleaning system, a deep cleaning of the drive system of a bicycle.
